El objetivo de este estudio fue evaluar la eficacia clínica de las cápsulas de goteo de algalia y corazón en el tratamiento del flujo sanguíneo lento coronario (CSF) y observar su influencia en los factores inflamatorios. El estudio adoptó un diseño de ensayo aleatorizado, doble ciego y controlado con placebo, dividiendo a los pacientes con CSF en grupos de observación y control en una proporción de 1:1. El grupo de observación recibió cápsulas de goteo de algalia y corazón en combinación con el tratamiento convencional, mientras que el grupo de control recibió un placebo en combinación con el tratamiento convencional, con una duración total del tratamiento de 12 semanas. Se utilizó la puntuación total en reposo de perfusión miocárdica (SRS) como indicador principal de eficacia clínica, y se evaluaron la Escala de Angina de Seattle (SAQ) y la puntuación de los síntomas de angina como indicadores secundarios de eficacia clínica. Se evaluó la influencia en los factores inflamatorios al medir los niveles de interleucina (IL) -1α, IL-1β e IL-6 en suero antes y después del tratamiento, y se evaluó su seguridad. El estudio finalmente incluyó a 64 pacientes diagnosticados con CSF mediante angiografía coronaria, incluyendo 32 pacientes en el grupo de observación y 32 pacientes en el grupo de control. En términos de eficacia clínica, en comparación con el tratamiento en este grupo antes del tratamiento, la puntuación SRS de los pacientes en el grupo de observación mejoró significativamente (χ2=12.70,P<0.05); después del tratamiento, la puntuación SRS de los pacientes en el grupo de observación mejoró significativamente en comparación con el grupo de control (χ2=7.63,P<0.05); en comparación con el tratamiento en este grupo antes del tratamiento, los pacientes en el grupo de observación mostraron una mejora significativa en el estado estable de la angina (AS), la frecuencia de ataques de angina (AF), la satisfacción con el tratamiento (TS), la comprensión de la enfermedad (DS) y la puntuación de los síntomas de angina (P<0.05), mientras que los pacientes en el grupo de control mostraron una mejora significativa en la puntuación DS (P<0.05) después del tratamiento, los pacientes en el grupo de observación mostraron una mejora significativa en las puntuaciones de AS, AF, TS y los síntomas de angina (P<0.05) en comparación con el grupo de control. En términos de los factores inflamatorios, en comparación con el tratamiento en este grupo antes del tratamiento, los pacientes en el grupo de observación mostraron una disminución en los niveles de IL-1α, IL-1β e IL-6 (P<0.05) después del tratamiento, los pacientes en el grupo de observación mostraron una disminución en los niveles de IL-1α, IL-1β e IL-6 (P<0.05) en comparación con el grupo de control. Conclusión: Las cápsulas de goteo de algalia y corazón pueden mejorar eficazmente los síntomas clínicos de los pacientes con CSF, y pueden reducir significativamente los niveles de factores inflamatorios en suero.
