El sueño, la piel y la salud están estrechamente relacionados, en la práctica clínica, la incidencia del insomnio es alta y con frecuencia está asociada o acompaña al envejecimiento de la piel, ambos son 'enfermedades diferentes con los mismos síntomas', que tienen un gran impacto en la salud física y mental de la población, desde un punto de vista terapéutico, mejorar el insomnio y prevenir el envejecimiento de la piel es una estrategia de tratamiento importante, 'una enfermedad, un tratamiento' es su importante principio de tratamiento; pero actualmente, la práctica clínica carece de medios efectivos de prevención y tratamiento de ambas enfermedades, la medicina tradicional china es rica y efectiva en la prevención y tratamiento del insomnio y el envejecimiento de la piel, pero se sabe poco sobre las causas, los mecanismos de la enfermedad, los principios y métodos de tratamiento de ambas enfermedades, lo que requiere un estudio profundo.
