El objetivo es aclarar la composición química del brebaje Dan Shen y los componentes sanguíneos después de la administración oral en ratas. El método utiliza cromatografía líquida ultra eficiente acoplada a espectrometría de masas de tiempo de vuelo y cuadrupolo en tándem (UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS), combinada con el software PeakView 1.2. Basándose en el tiempo de retención, el pico de ion quasi-molecular, los fragmentos secundarios y la comparación con la literatura, se llevó a cabo la caracterización e identificación sistemática de los componentes del extracto acuoso del brebaje Dan Shen y los componentes migrados en la sangre de las ratas después de la administración oral. Además, se identificaron los componentes químicos del extracto acuoso de Dan Shen, sándalo y amomo cocidos conjuntamente para aclarar el origen de los componentes químicos en el extracto acuoso del brebaje Dan Shen. Resultados: se identificaron en total 73 compuestos, incluyendo 21 ácidos fenólicos, 23 diterpenos, 6 flavonoides, 7 ácidos orgánicos, 3 aceites volátiles y 13 otros tipos, a partir del extracto acuoso del brebaje Dan Shen. En el plasma sanguíneo de ratas con medicación se identificaron 36 componentes originales en la sangre y 15 metabolitos, con vías metabólicas principales que incluyen reducción, hidratación, hidroxilación, desmetilación, metilación, sulfatación, etc. Estos metabolitos principalmente provienen de los componentes diterpénicos y ácidos fenólicos de Dan Shen. Conclusión: los componentes sanguíneos del extracto acuoso del brebaje Dan Shen son principalmente ácidos fenólicos y diterpenos, lo que puede ser la base material de su efecto farmacológico, y puede proporcionar referencia para la investigación farmacológica, control de calidad y aplicación clínica del brebaje Dan Shen.
