El objetivo del estudio fue estudiar y comparar las características farmacocinéticas de siete componentes activos en diferentes fases de la infusión de BXT (BXT) en el organismo de ratas para evaluar el impacto de la fase líquida en el comportamiento farmacocinético de estos componentes en el cuerpo de ratas normales. Se utilizó el método de centrifugación - ultrafiltración para separar la infusión de BXT en diferentes fases, incluyendo la fase de precipitado (PP), la fase coloidal (CP) y la fase de solución real (TP). Veinticuatro ratas macho SD se distribuyeron al azar en el grupo BXT, el grupo PP, el grupo CP y el grupo TP, cada uno con 6 ratas. El grupo BXT fue administrado por vía oral a una dosis de 24,1 g/kg, el grupo PP, el grupo CP y el grupo TP después del tratamiento apropiado, fueron administrados con la misma dosis (24,1 g/kg) que el BXT. En cada grupo, se tomó sangre en momentos predefinidos después de la administración por vía oral, y se determinó el contenido de 7 componentes (quercetina, baicaleína, berberina, valeriazide, bamatine, ácido glicirretínico e isoglicirrina) en el plasma de las ratas utilizando cromatografía líquida de ultraalta eficacia - espectrometría de masas en tándem de cuádruplo triple (UPLC-QqQ-MS/MS), y se utilizó el software DAS 2.0 para analizar los parámetros farmacocinéticos de los componentes mencionados antes. Los resultados mostraron que la concentración pico de ácido glicirretínico fue la más alta en el plasma de las ratas de cada grupo, seguida de isoglicirrina; las curvas concentración-tiempo y los parámetros farmacocinéticos revelaron que el área bajo la curva concentración-tiempo (AUC) de ácido glicirretínico de la fase coloidal (CP) fue la más alta, seguida de cerca por CP, el AUC de quercetina baicaleina, ácido baicaleno e isoglicirrina fue cercano, AUC de baicaleina y ácido baicaleno fue cercano a CP, también cercano, comparado con PP, para berberina, AUC para la berberina Orizinalin Razine
