The author should inform the potential conflicts of interest related to the research, state the economic and personal relationships that may cause bias in the research results and manuscript writing, and be responsible for the authenticity of the public statement of conflicts of interest provided. Peer reviewers shall disclose any conflict of interest that may bias the manuscript evaluation to the editorial department, and actively recuse themselves from reviewing manuscripts if necessary.
