摘要

对446例高脂血症又属中医脾虚、痰瘀阻滞症的患者

进行随机分组。一为血脂康胶囊(由红曲制成

下称血脂康)治疗组324例

一为阳性药组(下称对照组)122例。8周为1疗程。观察结果

血脂康总显效率为79.7%(258/324)

对照组为31.2%(38/122)。血脂康组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)下降率分别是23.0%、36.5%

下降明显(P＜0.001);高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)上升19.6%

升高明显(P＜0.001)。对照组这些指标比疗前也明显下降(P＜0.001)。二组相比

总显效率及各项指标的改善

血脂康均优于对照组(P＜0.001)。综合分析

血脂康是安全有效的。

Abstract

In this randonuzed trial

446 patients with hyperlipidemia

who was also diagnosed as hypofunction and disorder of Spleen and abundant expectoration by traditional Chinese medicine

were divided into two groups:Xuezhikang capsule-treated group having 324 patients and Jiaogulan tablet-treated group as a control with 122 patients. At the end of 8 weeks’treatment

the total effective rate of the capsule was 79.7%

where as the tablet was 31.2%. Xuezhikang significantly reduced TC by 23.0% and TG by 36.5%

and raised HDL-C by 19.6%(P＜0.001).Jiaogulan aslo improved TC

TG and HDL-C markedly.Comparing the two groups in the total effective rate and the improvement of TC TG and HDL-C

the effect of Xuezhikang capsule was found to be superior to fhat of Jiaogulan(P＜0.001).Results indicated that Xuezhikang is an effective and safety preparation.
