摘要

以伯氏疟原虫感染小鼠为实验模型研究了小柴胡汤、小柴胡汤与青蒿素(QHS)配伍用药的免疫学作用。研究结果表明;小柴胡汤或小柴胡汤与QHS合并用药均可显著提高疟疾小鼠的体液免疫、非特异性免疫、红细胞免疫的能力。对ConA诱导的淋巴母细胞转化有显著的免疫抑制作用。

Abstract

Effects of Xiaochaihu decoction alone and its combination with artemisinin (QHS) on immunological functions were studied in the mice infected with Plasmodium

berghei. The data obtained in this study demonstrated that Xiaochaihu decoction and its combination with QHS exhibited significant immunostimulation on humoral

nonspecific and red cell immunities. However

the con A-induced lymphoblastic transformation was remarkably depressed by the decoction and its combination.
