Effect of Lutongding Granule on Microcirculation of Meninx Vasculosa and Volume of Blood Flow in Rodent Brain
Lutongding granule was found to mitigate microcirculation disturbance of encephalic meninx vasculosa induced by dextran(MW=300
000) and 5-HT in rats
Increase of micrangium diameter and blood flow rate
and improvement of blood flow status were also observed in rats. The blood flow rate of brain tissue was obviously promoted in mice after the medication with the drug.
