摘要

采用LPS(po)同时5-HT和Pb-Acet(iv)方法对人鼠进行肠源性内毒素血症(EBTM)造模

治疗组同时经口投予大承气汤(DT)。实验结果表明:造模后3h

心、肝、肾生化功能指标即呈异常改变

而给药组呈保护效应

提示DT对大鼠EETM所致脏器功能损害具有保护作用。

Abstract

An enterogenous endotoxemia(EETM) model was induced by LPS(p.o.)together with 5-HT and Pb-Acet(iv) in rats. The animals in the Treatment group were administered orally with Dachengqi Decoction(DT) simultaneously. The results showed that the abnormal indexes associated with the biochemical functions of heart

liver and kidey occurred in nondrugtreated group as a control 3 hours after the model was set up

while the protective effect on those biochemical functions was found in the treatment group with DT

suggesting that DT could protect the biochemical functions of the organs above from injury by EETM in rats.
