摘要

以鲎试剂定量测定法进行的体内、外实验证实:去芒硝大承气汤、胆盐对LPS有直接灭活效应;正常大鼠经口投予大承气汤（DT）后

其血浆对外加LPS灭活能力增强;经口投予DT于肠源性内毒素血症（EETM）模型大鼠后

肝组织血流量（ml/100g/min）和肝胆汁流率增加

其肝胆汁对外加LPS的灭活能力增强。

Abstract

In this study

Dachengqi Decoction without Mirabilite and bile salts was observed to have direct inactivating effect on LPS

which was measured by Tachypleus Amebocyte Lysate quantitative test in vitro.when normal rats were administered with DT orally

the inactivating ability of the plasma on LPS was increased.When DT was administered to the model rats with enterogenous endotoxemia(EETM)

the heptic regional blood flow(ml/100g/min)

bile flow and the bile inactivating ability on LPS has been improved greatly.
