Protective Effect of Dachengqi Decoction on Lung Injury Induced by LPS in Rats
Experimental results showed that Dachengqi Decoction (DT) without Mirabilite could inhibit the excessive inducing effect of LPS on TNF。IL-1
IL-6 of pulmonary maerophage in vitro. When DT was administered orally to rats with enterogenous endotoxernia(EETM)
the total phospholipid level
albumin level
surface tension value of BALF
the phagocytosis percentage to NBT by pulmonary alveolar monocyte/macrophage and the ratio of 6-Keto-PGFl1a/TXB2 in lung tissue were all improved as compared with the model group
indicating that DT has protective effect against EETM.
