摘要

气道稳定剂能有效地控制支气管哮喘，对抗气道过敏性炎症，提高患者的肺功能和降低气道敏感性，疗效优于一般西药组；实验研究结果表明：气道稳定剂能舒张支气管平滑肌，抑制气道粘膜及其周围组织嗜酸性细胞浸润，还能调节组胺受体。

Abstract

An airway stabilizer was clinically found to effectively alleviate bronchial asthma

inhibit the allergic inflammation of the airway

increase lung function and decrease the sensitivity of the airway

indicating the therapeutic advantage of the stabilizer over the conventional western medicine.The research findings in the laboratory revealed that the stabilizer could relax bronchial smooth muscle

inhibit the infiltration of eosinophilic leukocyte in airway mucous membrane and its surrounding tissue

and regulate histamine receptors.
