摘要

用压尾、热板及扭体等方法对头痛平进行了药效学实验研究。结果表明：大剂量的头痛平能提高小鼠尾痛阈值，在热板及扭体法实验中，大、小剂量均显示有镇痛作用，并证明方中加羚羊粉对镇痛作用影响不大。

Abstract

The pharmacodynamics of Toutongping(TTP) granule

a recipe of herbal medicine

was studied.The results showed that the high dosage of TTP(3.2g/kg) can increase the pain thresholds in the tail-hurt test in mice.The various doses of TTP(3.2 or 1.6g/kg)can raise the pain thresholds in hot-plate test and depress the torsive reactions in mice.In addition

whether to add powder of Antelope's horn into the recipe had no effect on its relieving pain.
