The rat models with icteric hepatitis induced by α-Naphthylisothiocyanate
were divided into the normal model and therapeutic group. 99mTc-EIDA dynamic tracing was applied to study the influence of the lidanhugan mixture on the liver function of uptaking and excretion of the rats. The image pattern analytical sperometer was utilized to investigate the protective effect of the herbal mixture on the hepatic impairment of the rats.
