We used Transfection Cells (HepG2 2.2.15 cells) to observe the inhibiting action of Gankang by detecting HBsAg

HBeAg and HBV-DNA once a day for 13 days. Results:a) There was a similar inhibiting action curve on HBsAg and HBeAg secretion and HBV-DNA replication

which showed it needed 3～4 days to introduce the action

the strong action would maintain 3～5 days

then it decreased to disappear gradually.b) The more active HBV replicated
