Effect of Xiaqing Oral Liquid on Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands in Rats and Its Mechanism
Xiaqing oral liquid(XQOL)could improve the pathologic Changes in morphology due to hyperplasia of mammary glands in rats:the numbers of acinus and lobule of mammary glands were markedly decreased
the volume of mammary glands
and diameters of acinus cavities and breasts were significantly reduced;in addition
XQOL could remarkably increase the coefficients of thymus and spleen
obviously reduce E2 level in serum
noticeably elevate P level and SOD activity in serum.
