Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on ET and CGRP of Chronic Primary Nephritis with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis
31 cases of chronic primary nephritis with qi deficiency and blood stasis type were treated with Yiqi Huoxue decoction (YQHXD).The levels of endothelin(ET)and calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)in plasma were estimated before and after the treatment
and plasma ET and CGRP levels in 31 healthy persons were also measured as a control group.The level of ET in those patients was much higher than in the control and the level of CGRP in those patients was lower before the treatment.Following the treatment with YQHXD
ET or CGRP level was normalized
leading to balance of ET and CGRP in patients with nephritisi.
