摘要

制丸时采用60?80℃烘干温度观察对元香止痛丸化学成分的影响?结果显示

烘温80℃使延胡索乙素下降13%

而60℃烘干对延胡索乙素下降不明显

烘干温度愈高

丸的挥发油含量愈低?在制备过程中形成的高级脂肪酸乙酯类遇高温又部分分解而致含量下降。

Abstract

The influences of drying temperature 60℃ and 80℃ when in preparation of Yuanxiang Zhitong pill on its effective components were studied.The experimental results showed that the content of tetrahydropalmatine in the pill decreased by 13% when the drying temperature was 80℃

while its level had little decrement when the drying temperature was 60℃

and the higher drying temperature

the lower concentration of volatile oil in the pill.
