Effects of Guanxinkang Granule on Experimental Hyperlipemia and Hemorrheology
Effects of guanxinkang granule(GG)on experimental hyperlipemia in mice and hemorrheology in rats were studied.The results showed that GG could remarkably lower the increased of serum TC and TG levels induced by Triton WR-1339.As for the rats with blood stasis
GG was observed to possess remarkable enhancing effects on erythrocyte deformability
decrease ηB、ηP
and lower the level of 5-HT.In addition
GG could significantly dilate micrangium and improve blood flow rate in normal mice.
