摘要

实验结果证实

黄芩与黄连配伍可以显著拮抗较高浓度黄连对体外红细胞渗透脆性的影响。提示黄连与某些药物配伍应用

有可能减少黄连的不良反应。

Abstract

The results obtained from this study revealed that a combination between coptis root and scutellaria root significantly antagonized the negatine effect of coptis decoction alone at a higher concentration on the osmotic fragility of erythrocytes in

vitro indicating that a combination of coptis root with other chinese drugs in prescriptions of traditional chinese medicine may reduce the adverse reactions of the coptis root used alone.
