摘要

目的: 建立丹参素钠含量测定方法。方法: HPLC

色谱柱为Phenomenex Luna C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm);流动相为甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(2 ∶98);检测波长为280 nm;柱温为35 ℃;流速1.0 mL ·min-1。结果: 丹参素钠进样量在0.087~1.092 μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 98)

平均回收率为100.6%(n=6)

RSD为1.1%。结论: 该法简便、快速、准确、可用于冠心生脉口服液的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective: An HPLC method was established for the determination of danshensu-sodium. Method: A Phenomenex Luna C18 Column(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)was used. The mobile phase was methanol-1% acetic acid. The detective wavelength was at 280 nm;The column temperature was at 35 ℃. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1. Result: The linear range of danshensu-sodiun was 0.087-1.092 μg

r=0.999 98. The average recovery was 100.6%

RSD 1.1%(n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid which can be used for the quality control of Guanxin Shengmai Mixture.
