Objective:To establish the HPLC method for determination of cinnamaldehyde

eugenol

atractylodin in inclusion complex of compound oil-β-cyclodextrin.Method: The high performance liquid chromatography method was developed by a Phenomenex C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm）.It was eluted with stepwise gradient of acetonitrile and water.The column temperature was kept at room temperature.The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm for cinnamaldehyde

eugenol

and then 340 nm for atractylodin.The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1.Result: The linear ranges of cinnamaldehyde

eugenol and atractylodin were within 0.110 2-1.102 0 μg（r=0.999 8）

0.213 6-2.136 0μg（r=0.999 9）

and 0.020 0-0.200 0 μg（r=1.000 0） as the average recovery were 100.6%

RSD 1.24%（n=6）

99.8%

RSD 1.55%（n=6）

100.2%

RSD 1.74%（n=6）.The negative sample had no interference.Conclusion: This method is simple

accurate and suitable for its assaying.It can be used for stability study in production of Inclusion complex of compound oil-β-cyclodextrin.
