目的:建立HPLC测定冯了性风湿跌打药酒中盐酸麻黄碱含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为大连依利特C18(4.6 mm×200 mm
5μm)
以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(含0.1%三乙胺)(3∶97)为流动相
流速1 mL.min-1
检测波长205 nm
柱温30℃。结果:盐酸麻黄碱与样品中其他组分分离效果好
盐酸麻黄碱进样量在0.188~0.940μg具有良好线性关系
平均回收率99.39%
RSD 1.38%(n=6)。结论:方法简便易行
准确可靠
所建的方法可用于冯了性风湿跌打药酒的质量控制。
Abstract
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Fengliaoxing Fengshi Dieda wine.Method: The chromatographic column was Yilite C18(4.6 mm×200 mm
5 μm);the mobile phase was acetonitril-0.1% phosphoric acid(0.1% triethameamine)(3∶ 97);the flow rate was 1 mL · min-1;the detecting wavelength was set at 205 nm
and the column temperature was kept at 30 ℃.Result: The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride was 0.188-0.940 μg.The average recovery was 99.39% and RSD was 1.38%(n=6).Conclusion: The method established was accuracy
sensitive and simple.It can be used for quality control of Fengliaoxing Fengshi Dieda wine.
