目的:探讨三七方组方的合理性
分析方中各药味对全方镇静催眠作用的影响。方法:本研究在中医理论指导下采用撤药拆方法进行拆方研究
将小鼠随机分为空白对照组、全方组(0.767 g.kg-1)、去酸枣仁组(0.517 g.kg-1)、去鸡血藤组(0.433 g.kg-1)、去三七组(0.683 g.kg-1)和去小蓟组(0.667 g.kg-1)。各组连续灌胃给药11 d
Objective:To analyze the rationality of Sangi fang.Method: Rats were divided randomly into control group
Sanqi fang group(0.767 g · kg-1)
Sanqi fang without Ziziphi Spinesae Semen group(0.517 g · kg-1)
Sanqi fang without Spatholobi Caulis group(0.433 g · kg-1)
Sanqi fang without Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma group(0.683 g · kg-1) and Sanqi fang without Cirsii Herba group(0.667 g · kg-1).All of rats in therapeutic groups were administered the medication onally for 11 days and the rats in blank control group were given the distilled water with same volume.On the 11th day
the behavior test was performed including spontaneous movement and cooperating function with Pelltobarbitalum Natricum.Result: Compared to the control group
Sanqi fang and Sanqigang without Spatholobi Caulis group could remarkably reduce the degree of rat’s spontaneous movement(P<0.05);Sanqi fang group could increase the sleeping rate significantly(P<0.05).While both Sanqi fang without Spatholobi Caulis and without Cirsii Herba group could increase the tendency of sleeping rate.Sanqi fang goup(P<0.05) and Sanqi fang without Sanqi group(P<0.01) could reduce fall-sleep time significantly
while Sanqi fang without Cirsii Herba group had the tendency of reduce fall-sleep time.Sanqi fang group
Sanqi fang without Cirsii Herba group and Sanqi fang without Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma group can increase sleeping time of rats significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion: Sanqi fang has sedative-hypnotics effect
