Objective:To optimize formation technology of compound Lujiao granules.Method:With hygroscopicity
formability
mobility
dissolubility and appearance as comprehensive index
kinds and ratio of excipients were selected by single factor test;With forming rate as index
L9(34) orthogonal test was used to investigate effects of horizontal speed
roller speed and pre-pressure on dry granulation process.Result:Optimum ratio of prescription was extract powder-dextrin-lactose-colloidal silicon dioxide 84.5%∶ 12%∶ 3%∶ 0.5%;The best technology parameters were as follows:vertical speed 10 r·min-1
horizontal speed at 30 r·min-1
roller speed 4 r·min-1
pre-pressure 6 MPa.Conclusion:These prepared granules had good formability
good anti-wet performance
high solubility and color uniformity;This optimized formation technology was simple
