Effect of Shengqing Jiangzhuo Fang on Glycolipid Metabolism in Monosodium L-Glutamate Rats
Objective:To observe the effects of Shengqing Jiangzhuo Fang(SQJZF) on skeletal muscle in monosodium L-glutamate(MSG) obese rats with insulin resistance.Method: The rat MSG-obese model was produced by giving neonatal rats subcutaneous injection of monosodium glutamate and induced with high-fat diet.Sixty MSG rats were divided into seven grous(4 male and 4 female per gtoup) randomly.the rosiglitazone group
