Efficacy of Bufei Granules in Treating Asthma Remission Period Second
Objective:To observe the Bufei granules in the treatment of asthma in remission stage effect.Method: Fourty-three cases of asthma patients in remission
were randomly divided into a treatment group(22 cases)
21 cases of the control group. The treatment group given Bufei particles
the control group was given Bufei particle simulation agent.Treatment for 1 month
followed up for 3 months.Observation: asthma symptoms integral
asthma control test(ACT) score
indices of pulmonary function
blood eosinophil count index.Using IBM SPSS Statistics 19 statistical analysis.Result: Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndrome scoring
the treatment group decreased obviously
compared with the control group(P<0.01) has significant difference;patients with ACT score
the treatment group increased significantly
(P<0.01) has significant difference;and can reduce the peripheral blood eosinophil count
and before treatment is compared to P<0.05
have the difference of statistics;improved peak expiratory flow(PEF)
with significant difference
(P<0.01);reduce attack frequency. Conclusion: Bufei granules can obviously improve the symptoms of patients with bronchial asthma in remission stage
and improve lung function
reduce the level of eosinophils(EOS)
through the inhibition of airway inflammation
and to control the remission stage of bronchial asthma symptoms
