Effects of Different Technologic Extracts from Shengzhi Yingyang Fang on Renal Function Poisoned by Adenine in Mice
Objective:To study effect of different technologic extracts from shengzhi Yingyang fang on renal function poisoned by adenine in mice.Method: One hundred SPF grade male healthy mice were randomly divided into 5 groups
which were the control group
the model group
Shengzhi Yingyang Fang 1 group(water extraction)
Shengzhi Yingyang Fang 2 group(75% alcohol)
Shengzhi Yingyang Fang 3 group(40% alcohol).The models were established by orally giving adenine to the mice at 300 mg · kg-1 and at the same time
3 experimental groups were orally given different technologic extracts from sheng zhiyingyang fang decoctum(crude drugs at 1.96 g · kg-1)
five times a week for 2 months.Result: Shengzhi Yingyang fang significantly decreased(P<0.05)the contents of creatinine(SCr)
urea nitrogen(BUN)
lactic acid(LD) and the activity of xanthine oxidase(XOD)in plasma.Furthermore
it could significantly reduce(P<0.05) the activities of acid phosphatase(ACP) and alkaline phosphatase(AKP) and improve(P<0.05)the activities of succinodehydrogenase(SDH) of renal tissue poisoned by adenine in mice.The effect of water extraction is the best.Conclusion: Different technologic extracts from shengzhi Yingyang fang decoctum have protective effects on renal function poisoned by adenine
among which the effect of water extract is the best.
