摘要

目的:探讨大承气汤治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法:113例术后粘连性肠梗阻患者随机分为治疗组58例和对照组55例

治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上加用大承气汤

对照组应用西医常规治疗。比较两组临床疗效

临床症状改善情况（排气时间、排便时间、胃管拨除时间、胃管引流量、住院时间）以及不良反应发生情况。结果:临床总有效率治疗组96.5%优于对照组76.4%（P<0.01）;治疗组与对照组治疗后排气时间分别为（73.2±3.2）

（123.7±2.9）h、排便时间分别为（99.6±3.2）

（143.2±2.0）h、胃管拨除时间（104.3±3.3）

（163.5±2.1）h、胃管引流量（380.2±0.5）

（640.6±0.9）mL、住院时间（8.1±0.6）

（12.3±0.8）d、不良反应发生率（1.7%

10.9%）

治疗组均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论:复方大承气汤与西医常规疗法治疗粘连性肠梗阻能改善临床症状

提高临床疗效

值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective:To explore the Clinical treatment of adhesive ileus by Dachengqi Tang.Method: We analyzed 113 cases suffered from adhesive ileus.The 113 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups.Fifty-eight cases in treatment group had been given conventional therapy and Dachengqi Tang

and the other 55 cases in control group had been given conventional therapy.The total effective

hospitalized duration and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result: The total effective were 96.5% in the treatment group

and 76.4% in control group（P<0.05）.There were significant differences in the exhaust time（73.2±3.2）

10.9%） between the treatment group and the control group（P<0.05）.Concolusion: Combine treatment of traditional Chinese with western medicine for adhesion ileus shows better curative effect compared with that of pure western medicine treatment group.It is safe and promising clinically.
