the column temperature was set at 25 ℃ and the flow rate was 1 mL · min-1;the data calculation was performed with similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM（Version 2004A）.Result: In the fingerprint

17 common peaks were confirmed and the similarity of 10 batches of leaf of Picria fel-tarrae.were above 0.9.Conclusion: The experiment result could provide experimental data for the quality control method of the leaf of Picria fel-tarrae.and for optimum collection time and actualizing standard planting of Picria fel-tarrae.
