摘要

目的:研究南湖菱壳不同提取部位的体外抗菌活性。方法:采用K-B法测定MIC（最低抑菌浓度）和液体培养法测定南湖菱壳不同提取部位对金黄色葡萄球菌（SA）、耐甲氧西林的金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）和β-内酰胺酶阳性金黄色葡萄球菌（ESBLs-SA）的IC50（半数抑菌浓度）。结果:南湖菱壳的石油醚部位、乙酸乙酷部位和正丁醇部位对SA

MRSA和ESBLs-SA均有抑制作用

其中石油醚部位对SA（IC50=0.82 g.L-1）

MRSA（IC50=0.62 g.L-1）

ESBLs-SA（IC50=0.34 g.L-1）的抑制作用最好。结论:南湖菱壳不同部位的提取物对3种菌均有较好抑菌活性。

Abstract

Objective:To study the antimicrobial activity of different extracts of Trapa acornis against SA

MRSA and ESBLs-SA in vitro.Method:The MIC（Minimun Inhibitory Concentration） of different extracts of T.acornis against SA

MRSA and ESBLs-SA were detected by K-B method

and The IC50（half maximal Inhibitory Concentration of a Substance） of different extracts of T.acornis against SA

MRSA and ESBLs-SA were detected by solution culture method.Result:The petroleum ether（TASPE）

EtOAC（TASEA） and n-butyl alcohol（TASBU） extracts exhibited significant inhibitory effects.TASPE showed the best antimicrobial activity of SA

MRSA and EsBLs-SA with IC50 value of 0.81

0.62

0.34 g · L-1 respeetively.Conclusion:Different extracts of T.acornis have the antimicrobial activity.
