摘要

目的: 观察"凉营清气汤"治疗"气营同病"临床疗效。方法: 将47例气营同病门诊患者分为"已经输液消炎、抗病毒及其他对症治疗组"即A组和"未经过输液消炎、抗病毒及其他针对性治疗组"即B组

两组患者均给予"凉营清气汤"治疗

观察两组体温变化、临床症状改变及疗效。结果: 两组在治疗后体温较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05)

B组的起效时间快;两组在治疗后症状积分较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05)

B组的症状改变快;B组的治愈率较高(P<0.05);两组总有效率为93.62%。结论: 单用凉营清气汤治疗气营同病有较好疗效

值得推广。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Liangying Qingqi decoction (LQD) for treating syndrome of disease involving qifen and yingfen. Method: Forty-seven patients with syndrome of disease involving qifen and yingfen were randomly divided into A group(had treated by infusions for anti-inflammatory

antiviral and other specific problems) and B group (had not been treated by infusions for anti-inflammatory

antiviral and other specific problems).The two groups of patients were given LQD.Body temperature and changes in clinical symptoms were observed for the two groups. Result: The body temperature of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05)

B group was faster in onset time.The scores of syndrome in two groups were decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05)

the score in B group changed quickly and the curative rate was higher in B group(P<0.05).In two groups the total effective rate was 93.62%. Conclusion: There has good curative effect in the treatment of syndrome of disease involving qifen and yingfen by LQD.LQD is worth to be applied clinically.
