摘要

目的: 通过对地黄不同炮制品组成的增液汤降低糖尿病模型大鼠血糖、血脂作用的对比研究

说明生地黄与熟地黄功效异同。方法: SD雄性大鼠高脂肪饲料饲养

一次性腹腔注射(ip)链脲佐菌素(STZ)35 mg·kg-1建立糖尿病模型;按血糖随机分为模型对照组

阳性盐酸二甲双胍组(1.5 g·kg-1)

鲜地黄-增液汤组(10.2 g·kg-1)

生地黄-增液汤水提组(7.8 g·kg-1)

熟地黄-增液汤水提组(7.8 g·kg-1)

生地黄-增液汤醇提组(7.8 g·kg-1)

熟地黄-增液汤醇提组(7.8 g·kg-1)

每组10只

连续灌胃(ig)给药3周

分别观察各组大鼠体重、摄食量、饮水量及血糖血脂的变化。结果: 与对照组相比

鲜地黄-增液汤组血糖(9.22±0.88) mmol·L-1和生地黄-增液汤水提组血糖(7.65±1.02) mmol·L-1、醇提组血糖(8.35±2.58) mmol·L-1与模型组血糖(12.72±1.28) mmol·L-1相比均能极显著降低(P<0.01)

同时均能极显著降低糖尿病大鼠摄食量、饮水量、口服糖耐量和血清甘油三酯(TG)(P<0.01)

生地黄-增液汤水提组还能极显著性降低血清总胆固醇(CHO)(2.12±0.33) mmol·L-1(P<0.01)和显著性升高高密度脂蛋白(HDLC)(1.07±0.21) mmol·L-1

鲜地黄-增液汤和生地黄-增液汤醇提组能显著性降低CHO(P<0.05)

对HDLC则无显著性差异

熟地黄-增液汤水提、醇提组对血糖和血脂的影响与模型组相比均无显著性差异。结论: 鲜地黄、生地黄组成的增液汤都有降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖和血脂的作用

且水提物、醇提物无明显的差异性;熟地黄-增液汤水提、醇提物对血糖和血脂作用均不明显。地黄生熟异用对增液汤降糖、降脂作用影响较大。
