Simultaneous Quantitation of Rb, Rb and Rc in Ginseng Tail and the Main Root of Ginseng by LC-MS-MS
Objective: To develop a method to determine the content-of ginsengnoside Rb1
Rb2 and Rc in ginseng tail and the main root of ginseng by using HPLC-MS-MS. Method: C18 HPLC column was used in the system including HPLC-MS-MS with a gradient elution program.The mobile phase was consisted of: A for water(0.05%FA)
B for acetonitrile
A: B=65: 35; gradient elution program was as follows:0-3 min
65%(B); 3-4 min
100%(B).The flow rate was 0.35 mL·min-1; column temperature was kept at 40 ℃. Result: Simultaneous quantitation of ginsengnoside Rb1
Rb2 and Rc in ginseng tail and the main root of ginseng by HPLC-MS-MS was developed. Conclusion: The method is accurate
convenient and rapid
which can be applied for the quality control of ginseng tail and the main root of ginseng.
