摘要
目的: 建立桑枝中桑皮苷A的含量测定方法。 方法: Dikma Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of mulberroside A in Ramulus Mori by HPLC. Method: Dikma Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water (15∶85). The temperature of column was maintained at 30 ℃. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 324 nm. Result: The calibration curve was in good linearity within the range from 10.34 to 206.8μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.8%. The content of mulberroside A in Ramulus Mori in defferent areas was 0.10%-1.69%. Conclusion: The method is simple
rapid as well as precise and reliable
and can be used for the determination of mulberroside A in Ramulus Mori.
