摘要

目的: 探讨壮药降压方对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的降压作用。方法: SHR大鼠随机分为模型组、降压方提取物高剂量组(2.0 g·kg-1)、中剂量组(1.0 g·kg-1)、低剂量组(0.5 g·kg-1)

卡托普利组(10 mg·kg-1)

每组8只。8只同龄雄性Wistar-Kyoto(WKY) 大鼠为空白对照组。每周测量大鼠尾动脉压

给药6周后处死大鼠

测定血清中一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)、血管紧张素(AngⅡ)的含量。结果: 降压方提取物明显降低SHR大鼠的血压

同时能显著增加大鼠血清NO含量

降低大鼠血清中ET

Ang II的含量

与模型组比较

均有显著性差异(P<0.05

P<0.01)。结论: 壮药降压方提取物可能通过下调血清中ET含量和上调NO含量来发挥降压作用。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the hypotensive effects of Jiangya Prescription

a Zhuang folk herbal medicine

on spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR). Method: Forty SHRs were randomly divided into five groups

untreated control

the high (2.0 g·kg-1)

middle (1.0 g·kg-1)

low(0.5 g·kg-1)-dosage groups of extract from Jiangya Prescription and captopril group (10 mg·kg-1)

with 8 rats in each group. Wistar-Kyoto rats were used as the blank group. Tail blood pressure was measured every week. Rats were sacrificed to determine serum nitric oxide(NO)

endothelin(ET)

angiotensinogen Ⅱ(AngⅡ) after six weeks of treatment. Result: The extract of Jiangya Prescription could significantly lower blood pressure

meanwhile significantly increase NO content

decrease markedly the content of ET and AngⅡ. There were significant differences with untreated control group(P<0.05

P<0.01). Conclusion: The extract from Jiangya Prescription had a significantly hypotensive effect to SHR. Its mechanism may be related to up-regulation of NO and down-regulation of ET and Ang II.
