Optimization of Extraction Technology of Total Flavones from Roots of
Objective:To optimize extraction technology of total flavones from the roots of Clerodendrum japonicum in Guangxi and establish its content determination method. Method: Orthogonal experiments were used to optimize extraction technology. Rutin was defined as the standard and UV method was adopted. The detective wavelength was at 506 nm. Result: The linearity was in the range of 8.584-51.504 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 4). The average recovery rate was 100.11% with RSD of 0.24%. Optimum conditions of ultrasonics extraction were as follow:extracted with 15 times the amount of 50% ethanol in 1.5 hour. Conclusion: High effciency extraction method and accurate and reproducable content determination method of total flavones from the roots of C.japonicum has been estabished
