目的: 采用HPLC法测定六味五灵片中特女贞苷的含量。方法 采用Agilent ZORBAX SB(250 mm×4.6 mm
5 μm)色谱柱
流动相为甲醇-水(30∶70)
检测波长224 nm
流速1.0 mL·min-1
柱温35 ℃。 结果: 特女贞苷在0.246 6~3.699 μg范围内线性关系良好
线性关系方程为:Y=1 233 200X+2.476 4×104
r=0.999 9。特女贞苷平均回收率为99.96%
RSD 0.58%。 结论 :方法灵敏、准确、专属性强
重复性好
可用于测定六味五灵片中特女贞苷的含量。
Abstract
Objective:To establish the method for determining nvzhenoside in Liuwei Wuling tablet by HPLC. Method: Nvzhenoside was analyzed by HPLC. The optimal conditions of separation and detection were achieved on a Agilent ZORBAX SB (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) by isocratic elution with the mobile phase of methanol-water (30∶70) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detective wavelength of deoxyschizandrin was set at 224 nm. Result: The regression equation of nvzhenoside was Y=1 233 200X+2.476 4×104(r=0.999 9). So the linearity was acceptable. The average recovery of nvzhenoside was 99.96% (RSD 0.58%). Conclusion: This method was simple
rapid and feasible for the quantification of nvzhenoside in Liuwei Wuling tablet by HPLC.
