Multi-components Quantitation by One Marker for Simultaneous Content Determination of Four Components in
Objective:To explore feasibility of multi-components quantitation by one marker(QAMS) used in quality evaluation of Psoralea corylifolia. Method: P. corylifolia was chosen as the research object
with psoralen as index
and the relative correction factors(RCF) of psoralen-isopsoralen
psoralen-corylifolin(bavachin) and psoralen-isobavachalcone were determined by HPLC.Difference of QAMS and external standard method was investigated
effects of different instrument and column on RCF was investigated. Result: RCF of psoralen-isopsoralen
psoralen-corylifolin(bavachin) and psoralen-isobavachalcone were 0.863 0(1.17%)
0.299 6(0.86%)
0.201 3(0.37%)
respectively.No significant difference were found in quantitative results of four components in P. coryfolia determined by external standard method and QAMS. Conclusion: It is feasible and suitable to evaluate the quality of P. coryfolia by QAMS.
