for 7 d). Result: Prepared Rhei Radix et Rhizoma with wine could prolong the latent time of reaction on hot-plate in mice

and reduce the wristle reaction times in mice.It could inhibit the ear edema caused by xylene in mice and the granuloma hyperplasia caused by cotton ball (all P<0.05). Conclusion: Prepared Rhei Radix et Rhizoma with wine has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
