摘要

目的: 建立HPLC同时测定粉葛饮片中葛根素、大豆苷元-8-C-芹菜糖-(1→6)葡萄糖苷和大豆苷3种黄酮类成分含量的方法。方法: 采用Diamonsil C18 色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

以甲醇-0.02%磷酸(25:75)为流动相

检测波长250 nm。结果: 精密度、稳定性和重复性合格

3个成分的线性范围分别为0.123～0.737

0.024 9～0.150

0.021 7～0.130 μg

3个成分的平均回收率分别为99.4%

99.0%

99.1%

测定了4批粉葛饮片中3个成分的含量。结论: 该方法简便、快速、准确度高

可为粉葛饮片的质量控制提供参考依据。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of puerarin

daidzein-8-C-apiosyl-(1→6) glucoside and daidzin in Radix Pueraria thomsonii. Method: The mobile phrase was methanol-0.02% phosphoric acid (25: 75) with a Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm

detection wavelength at 250 nm. Result: The accuracy

and reproducibility of this method all met the requirements.The linearity range of puerarin

daidzein-8-C-apiosyl-(1→6) glucoside and daidzin is 0.123-0.737

99.0% and 99.1%.The method was applied to determine the content of four batches of Radix Pueraria thomsonii. Conclusion: The method is rapid

simple and accurate

which can be used in the quality control in Radix Pueraria thomsonii.
