the effect is also showed in time course.Flow cytometry study revealed
with the concentration increased
the percentage of apoptotic cells raised after 48h.The expression of protein Bcl-2 was down-regulated along with increase of the total flavonoids of B. papyrifera concentration. Conclusion: The quartering can effectively inhibit tumor cell growth and induced tumor cells into apoptosis.It may be associate with the low expression of protein Bcl-2 in hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG-2.
