摘要

目的: 建立齿叶白鹃梅叶总黄酮提取物的指纹图谱。方法: 采用高效液相色谱法进行测定

用国家药典委员会出版的《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价》(2004年A版)软件

对10批不同批次的齿叶白鹃梅叶总黄酮提取物中黄酮类成分指纹图谱进行相似度计算。结果: 测定10批齿叶白鹃梅叶总黄酮的HPLC图谱

建立标准指纹图谱

有19个共有峰

通过与对照品的对照

指认了其中8个化合物色谱峰

各共有峰之间分离度较好;用中药指纹图谱相似度评价系统计算其相似度

各批总黄酮的相似度均>0.90。结论: 该方法精密度、稳定性及重复性较好

特征性及专属性强

为齿叶白鹃梅综合利用开发提供了科学依据。

Abstract

Objective: To establish the fingerprint of total flavonoids from Exochorda serratifolia leaves. Method: The fingerprint of E. serratifolia was established by HPLC. Result: Ten samples were determined

19 common peaks in the fingerprints were positioned with index component of flavonoids.The Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM software was adopted

and the similarity of the fingerprint of flavonoids extracts was greater above 0.90. Conclusion: The precision

repeatability and stability of all measurement were up to standard

this study will provide a scientific basis for the development of the E. serratifolia.
