Objective: To establish the fingerprint of total flavonoids from Exochorda serratifolia leaves. Method: The fingerprint of E. serratifolia was established by HPLC. Result: Ten samples were determined
19 common peaks in the fingerprints were positioned with index component of flavonoids.The Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM software was adopted
and the similarity of the fingerprint of flavonoids extracts was greater above 0.90. Conclusion: The precision
repeatability and stability of all measurement were up to standard
