摘要
目的: 优选雄芍颗粒的水提取工艺。 方法: 采用HPLC测定芍药苷含量
以出膏率和芍药苷提取量的综合评分为指标
选取加水量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素
通过正交试验优选雄芍颗粒的水提取工艺。 结果: 最佳水提取工艺为加8倍量水提取3次
每次1.5 h。 结论: 该方法稳定可行
可推广于雄芍颗粒的大生产应用。
Abstract
Objective:To optimize water extraction technology of Xiongshao granules. Method: The content of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC
with composite score of extract rate and extraction amount of paeoniflorin as index
orthogonal test was used to optimize water extraction technology of Xiongshao granules with the amount of water
extraction time and extraction times as factors. Result: Optimum extraction technology of Xiongshao granules was as following:extracted 3 times with 8 times the amount of water
1.5 h each time. Conclusion: This optimized extraction process was stable and feasible
it could be extended to large-scale production applications of Xiongshao granules.
