摘要

目的: 采用高效液相色谱法测定复方丹参胶囊中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb1的含量。方法: 样品经70%甲醇超声处理

采用色谱柱 Thermo ODS-HYPERSIL(4.6 mm×200 mm

5 μm)

柱温30 ℃

流动相乙腈-水

梯度洗脱

检测波长203 nm。结果: 三七皂苷R1在0.053 45～5.345 μg

人参皂苷Rg1在0.224 25～7.475 μg

人参皂苷Re在0.044 05～4.405 μg

人参皂苷Rb1在0.225 15～7.505 μg线性关系良好(r=0.999

n=6)。三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb1的平均加样回收率(n=9)分别为96.2

105.6%

100.4%。结论: 该方法灵敏度高、专属性好、操作简便、重复性好。

Abstract

Objective: To develop an HPLC method for the determination of notoginsenoside R1 and ginsenoside Rg1

Re and Rb1 in Compound Salvia miltiorrhiza Capsule. Method: The column was Thermo ODS-HYPERSIL (4.6 mm×200 mm

5 μm).The gradient elution mixture mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water.The determination wavelength was set at 203 nm. Result: Linear ranges were 0.053 45-5.345 μg for notoginsenoside R1

0.224 25-7.475 μg for ginsenoside Rg1

0.044 05-4.405 μg for ginsenoside Re

0.225 15-7.505 μg for ginsenoside Rb1.The average recovery was 96.2%(n=9) for notoginsenoside R1

95.6%(n=9) for ginsenoside Rg1

105.6%(n=9) for ginsenoside Re

100.4%(n=9) for ginsenoside Rb1. Conclusion: The method is simple

sensitive

accurate

specific and reproducible in the quality control of Compound Salvia miltiorrhiza Capsule.
