摘要

目的: 采用梯度洗脱法测定不同不同商品地茵陈中金丝桃苷、绿原酸和齐墩果酸的含量。方法: 采用Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×200 mm

5 μm)色谱柱

以乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液为流动相

流速1.0 mL·min-1

检测波长235 nm进行梯度洗脱。结果: 不同商品地茵陈中3种成分的含量差异明显

金丝桃苷含量2.93~15.58 mg·g-1

绿原酸5.858~47.73 mg·g-1和齐墩果酸1.89~4.98 mg·g-1。结论: 方法快速可靠

丰富茵陈质量标定方法。

Abstract

Objective:To determine the content of hypericin

chlorogenic acid and oleanolic acid from Yin Chen of different commodity by gradient elution. Method: The Diamonsil C18column (4.6 mm×200 mm

5 μm) was used with acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid as mobile phase; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1

and detected at the wavelength of 235 nm. Result: The content of active ingredients from Yin Chen was different.The content of hypericin

chlorogenic acid and oleanolic acid was 2.93-15.58

5.858-47.73

1.89-4.98 mg·g-1 respectively. Conclusion : The method can expend the content determination of the active ingredients

and help to establish the quality standards of Yin Chen.
