摘要
目的: 建立绞股蓝药材中芦丁、人参皂苷Rb1和槲皮素的含量测定方法。 方法: TSK ODS-100V(4.6 mm×250 mm
Objective:To study and establish the quantitative analysis method for rutin
ginsenoside Rb1 and quercetin in Gynostemma pentapylla by HPLC with programmed wavelength UV detection. Method: HPLC was performed on TSK ODS-100V(4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm)
the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water(containing 0.1% phosphoric acid) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was set at 30 ℃
and the eluate was detected by programmed wavelength(0-14 rnin
257 nm;14-18 min
203 nm;18-30 min
257 nm). Result: Quantitative analysis of HPLC showed that the linear ranges of rutin
ginsenoside Rb1 and quercetin were 0.171 2-1.284 0 μg(r=0.999 8)
0.828 0-6.210 0 μg(r=0.999 9)
0.204 8-1.525 7 μg(r=0.999 8) respectively.The average recoveries of rutin
ginsenoside Rb1 and quercetin were 97.33%(RSD=2.02%)
98.61%(RSD=1.70%)
98.38%(RSD=2.59%) respectively. Conclusion: The method set up is accurate
feasible and reliable
therefore available for the quality control of G. pentapylla.
