Optimization of Utrafiltration Purification Technology of Extract
Objective: To optimize ultrafiltration purification technology parameters of Coptis chinensis extract. Method: With extract rate
the content of berberine hydrochloride
coptisine
palmatine and epiberberine as indexes
influence of hollow-fiber membranes with relative molecular weight 5 000
10 000 and 20 000 on ultrafiltration purification technology of C. chinensis extract was investigated by single factor test;Temperature and concentration of sample liquid
sample flow rate were chosen as factors
orthogonal test was used to optimize ultrafiltration purification technology parameters of C. chinensis extract with composite score of integrated content and transfer rate of index components as an indicator. Result: Hollow-fiber membrane with 5 000 relative molecular weight had better separation efficiency as others
optimum ultrafiltration technology parameters were as followings:liquid temperature 40℃
liquid speed 40 mL·min-1
liquid concentration 25 g·L-1. Conclusion: Hollow-fiber membrane could be selectively used in purification of liquid
it could increase retention rate of active ingredient.
