Optimization of Molding Formula for Xiaoshi Granules by Orthogonal Test
Objective: To optimize molding formula of Xiaoshi granules. Method: Taking relative density of extraction solution
accessories multiples and proportion of mixed subsidiary materials as investigating factors
with composite score of qualified granules ratio and solubility as index
molding formula of Xiaoshi granules was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal test. Result: The best molding formula was that the relative density of extraction solution of 1.30(60 ℃)
the amount of subsidiary material of 2.5 times
dextrin-starch of 1:1. Conclusion: This optimized molding formula of Xiaoshi granules was reasonable
stable and reliable
it could be extended to large-scale production application.
