Objective:Set up a flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (FAAS) method with content of trace elements in Rhodiola crenulata. Method: The trace elements including Mn
Fe
Cu
Zn in 6 kinds of Rhodiola crenulata samples were determined by FAAS. Result: Results showed that the content of trace elements was abundant. They are listed here in order of relative quantity from high to low
Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu. The recovery rate of this method was 92.71%-102.23%. Conclusion: The method was of high sensitivity
good stability
precision and accuracy requirements can provide reference for further exploitation and utilization of R. crenulata resources.
